All of the Big Battles can be run solo, so worth doing that first to get a rough idea of how they work.
Worth noting they can all be done with 2 players also, which is a fun option.
The 6 man Big Battles have the same basic structure, but have slightly different challenges, and you get different quests on different runs. It is impossible to generalise re tactics as they vary a lot. Join a group ... bumble about ... and slowly get the hang of it.

Sounds like a plan. The epic battles like Peli seem popular in worldchat and form really quick I have found.. not sure what all the tatics are yet though, o what the rewards are. Anyone give me some advice?

Personally, I usually grit my teeth whenever I'm confronted with any exposure to World chat, but it is a great way of getting into a group. As Torroc says, I'm keen to see any prospects of fellowship instances raised in kinchat or the forum and if you can get some of the usual suspects interested then it would be great.

The server does seem more active since Laurelin grew with the closure of other servers, and LFF requests in worldchat seem to get filled OK. So be brave and form a group, albeit with the usual PUG risks.
Or post in our LFF forums, and see if you can muster a rare TSM grouping. Though there are few of us online at present, they'll often appear out of the woodwork at the prospect of a group.

Aside from listening into /world chat what is the best way to get into fellowships?
