TSM on the MOVE!

Greetings!

You may have seen the news that SSG is opening 64bit servers. Two in the US (one RP the other not) and two in the EU (one RP the other not).

As Laurelin is an EU server, we can only go to another EU server.

So unless something changes, TSM will be on the EU RP server, Merriadoc.

We hope to see you there! (I'll try to update things as information becomes available.)

Due to issues with the in-game chat channels and the like, TSM is getting down with the kids and have their own Discord channel!

One of the benefits (or curses) is that you can download the discord app on your phone and never be out of the loop! Find a fabulous deal on fresh pies? Share with your kinmates! Or point them in the opposite direction and keep them all for yourself!

Another questionable benefit is that if you've been away, you can always scroll back through the history and see what you've missed! So, if you think that Durn is the cutest captain in the clan, better keep it to yourself!

Regrettably, this has probably been on the cards for a while. If there are staff layoffs, then hope they pick up something soon - and for us, fingers crossed that they'll continue to provide some substance at least on our quest towards Mordor.

All of the Big Battles can be run solo, so worth doing that first to get a rough idea of how they work.

Worth noting they can all be done with 2 players also, which is a fun option.

The 6 man Big Battles have the same basic structure, but have slightly different challenges, and you get different quests on different runs. It is impossible to generalise re tactics as they vary a lot. Join a group ... bumble about ... and slowly get the hang of it.

I've already posted in the Kinship application link and there is probably a much easier route to gaining "member status" than this (what were you expecting? COMPETENCE?!?!?) but hey here goes nuttin'....

*Of course the definition of "good dwarf" is open to interpretation. For most dwarves it would mean being as rowdy and boorish as possible (complete with lots of quaffing and eye-gouging activities). For Elves on the other hand the term is probably best defined along these lines...
